He REALLY believed that was "proof" that he was right and NOAA was wrong. Regardless of the sheer stupidity, that clown's ego is so fragile that he needs 24/7/365 soothing and that image was probably going to be to Trump what the Mona Lisa was for Napoleon - a painting over the bed.
