He has said at times that given enabling legislation (not an exact quote) he would cancel more. He also said that he'd go up to $50K for some IF he had legislation that allowed him to do so.

No, he won't veto Gonzalez' bill. The good thing about Gonzalez is he's not talking about it, he's not tweeting about it, he's DOING it.

Now where are all the cosponsors?
