3. I agree that they are using a form of

terrorism.

The response needs to be firm, but also needs to result in as little violence as possible in order to protect innocent bystanders and to avoid giving these people an excuse to escalate to the civil war that they want.

When truckers tried to block the Peace Bridge between Buffalo and Canada, officials on both sides of the border blocked the truckers' access to the bridge with snow plows. The attempt then fizzled out.

I think they should be blocked from access to DC for starters.
