I see no indication that DOJ is inclined to investigate, let alone prosecute Trump. Day 67 since the select committee sent them the Mark Meadows criminal referral. Day 39 since the Michigan AG sent the criminal referral re: the fake electors and seeing that the select committee has subpoenaed many of the fake electors that tells me that DOJ is not investigating because the select committee would not get involved in an ongoing investigation. The National Archives should have investigated the crimes of not preserving documents.

Trump's accountability will be meted out by the good people in the states of NY, Georgia, and DC. I doubt the civil suits by individuals will win but at least they tried to hold him accountable.

Remember the #1 villain in the US is the Federalist Society, it launders dark money to right wing causes, like the anti-voter bills in the states. Christopher Wray is a member of the Federalist Society. There is zero proof that Merrick Garland is a member of the Federalist Society but he did take part in 10 or 11 of its events.
