11. No I don't think prednisone is

Considered an anabolic steroid.

But I know prednisone can effect mood.

But, MY theory is that Putin was taking anabolic steroids at some point. And besides helping increase muscles, you can have alopecia and bad moods I think?

Please correct me if I’m wrong.
