35. I like that theory. I have never understood the costumes but 1st ever club membership makes sense.

Totally arrested development types who act like middle-school kids at their 1st live concert. But they are all mostly well over 40.

So they dress up in their best sunday blingy gear for their favorite rock star.

We have seen groups like this on minor hwy corners since 2016. I've always wondered why the color coordination and matching (sometime poorly matched) hats, shirts and pants.

They want desperately to belong. Hmm.
