22. This seems designed to draw other nations into the fight.

I am finding it weird that his initial onslaught has been so screwed up.

Could this all be a feint? He's miring his tanks and screwing up, now he bombs a nuclear power plant forcing other nations into the fight, and then he unleashes the manpower and equipment he has been holding in reserve?

To what end, I couldn't tell you. But I so don't trust this guy.
