21. Public is behind it, but Saudi needs to pay back some favors we've done for them.

There is mass public support for this so the move makes sense. High gas prices without a ban vs high gas prices with a ban.....the 2nd is a lot easier for people to stomach and rally behind.

But ita time to pressure the Saudis. Let them know if they don't come through for us here our relationship isn't going to be so friendly anymore.
