10. It depends on what the price of the gas was when they filled their underground tanks.

My husband worked for Shell for awhile. If they purchased gas at a higher price and are still depleting that reservoir, then the price will still be higher at the pump. Maybe the stations with the lower prices refilled their underground tanks with the lower priced fuel so it shows at the pump. All depends on when the station bought the fuel and what that price was at that time. The $3.45 will probably go down soon as they deplete their under ground tanks and restock with the lower priced fuel - then it will be reflected at the pump.
