It meant a lot to me. I read it several times and will save it.

Thank you, sleepless.

I, too, feel ancient when I encounter NYC changes. So many. The biggest thing now is that it's such a rich person's place. I hope that changes with the investigations of the oligarchs influencing so much of real estate prices will get the ball rolling. Something really needs to happen to make the city more affordable.
