It's amazing that people did not listen to the actual quote.

It is an interview conducted during the Jan. 6 insurrection as Cawthorn is in a secure location with other Congress members. He states that he is armed (as he was allowed to be). He also says that his wheelchair is capable of carrying multiple weapons, but does not say that it was doing so that day; and he also says that people around him are armed. He does not say he armed those people, who are presumably the people guarding the Congress members at his location.

Cawthorn's a dick, but I don't see the point in being dishonest about what he actually says and does not say in the video.
