Just lie. Sign a treaty. Who cares. What is Russia going to do if Ukraine breaks the treaty? Whine to the UN? No one will recognize a treaty signed under these conditions.

Or better yet… don’t joint NATO, but “give” one mile of Ikraine territory on every border they share with Russia to Poland. Make that mile Russia has to cross all NATO territory.
