9. Is there a law stating that that any drivers are allowed to stop their cars or trucks

To stop in the middle of the street and go to the bathroom on any street in the country? That would certainly be handy for us older drivers to know! On the other hand, it would lead to chaos and major traffic jams, especially on city streets, which I'm sure Mr. Coleman is very aware of, and is probably is his primary intent.
