First: THE BELTWAY CIRCLES THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA!!! It does not enter it at any time. The Beltway is in Maryland and Virginia. If you have problems on I-495/95, take it up with the Maryland and Virginia Departments of Transportation.

Second: Boo-fucking-hoo about not being able to go to the bathroom. You get stuck in traffic, you hold it until the next exit. This Is The Way of the Beltway. Carry a pee bottle, or wear Depends. This isn't the open road - there are no truck stops or rest areas to pull over onto.

Third: Citizens arrests? Really? WTF?
