it ironic that the very people who claim that WE the lower level/the bargain basement population can see clearly how and where they waste OUR money yet THEY are the ones who say we can't budget our paychecks,social security earnings or even our grocery purchases.
We buy out of season, generics, only when we need something,or perhaps grow it ourselves or buy in quantity and split with others...meanwhile they buy whatever,wherever. They take tax money and spend it like they are at a fire sale and when they run out of things to spend it on they either create a new project or stuff the excess into their own pockets.
