... was the Russian Ambassador complaining about the emergency meeting not being held until the next day. It seemed to give a strong impression of their priorities.

A horrendous, unfounded accusation of barbaric crimes has been made against the Russian military... but first let me complain for ten minutes about not getting an emergency Security Council meeting convened as quickly as I think the great federation of Russia deserves.

It appears the rest of the Security Council is not as eager to hear your lies as you are impatient to spread them.
