but they haven't yet done anything to warrant exclusion, despite their mean, aggressive purging of those that don't fit their ideas, and the threat to Taiwan. Plus, the fake islands...still, they aren't raping civilians or bombing with chemicals. We can still talk with them. There is no more talking with Russia. Putin is mad.
