4. Yes! I want to expand but resist the urge.

I have been working for quite a while on a piece that I think explains the bizarre and contradictory assholery. The short of it is perceived lack of power (due to demographics and irrelevance plus the extremes of concentration of wealth that are approaching a "near 100%" unsustainable level.)

To counter this, a very unholy alliance (cult-like) of business, politicians and totally perverted religion, all fueled by our national "original sin" of racism.

And they show all signs of cult behavior, much of which is common with addictive behavior. Especially the denial, contradiction and projection. It's entirely to serve the group's existence.

Now, that's the ultra short version, and maybe I should leave it at that. (I think I just crossed that Rubicon!)

I agree with Ibram X Kendi that you can't cure "hearts and minds" but you can gain and hold power in order to legislate protections and freedoms.

I just wanted to explain how IMO, all these things exist. I feel confident that the short explanation above does that. SO I CAN MOVE ON TO THE WINNING PART.
