I have been wondering this myself:Ukraine vs. Ethiopia, Sudan , South Sudan [View all]

I saw the subject raised and discussed quite frankly today on MSNBC. Is there inherent racism between the way our press treats those countries and Ukraine, mainly white people.

It is great that this show, headed by a black American woman, discussed our press coverage of Ukraine and how it treated or did not treat the same issue in black African nations. Suppression, savage quelling of dissent, torture, all of the things we have read about, if not gone through personally, over the years.

What took so long for our press to finally make the connection?
