Because it got out of Russia. Russia accounted for 700k subscribers. So, but for Russia Netflix would have had a net gain of 500k subscribers. Netflix has 220+ million total subscribers so the 200k amounts to less than 1/2 of 1% of all subscribers. The loss in value, in my opinion is is a complete over-reaction by the market but thats just me.

They added 500,000 subscribers but "lost" 700,000 when they canceled Russian accounts

I believe the increase in price they implemented was partly cause for a decrease in customers ...
