In Control of infrastructure. Right now if Disney wants to build something, the can pretty much do it within the confines pf the law. They plunk down the cash and make it happen. Roads…. Sewer… whatever. Didney even provides fire, ems, etc. at the level they want. Now all that goes away… greatly increasing the red tape to do any development at Disneyworld. That’s IF this punitive retaliation for exercising free speech is allowed to stand.
