(37,977 posts)9. I think Michigan is going to become a no restriction state.
Pretty sure our 1931 law will be struck down by our Supreme Court. We have a 4-3 majority on it.
Our legislature cannot override Governor Whitmers veto of any restrictive replacement law and the composition of our state legislature just may be Democratic majorities after November.
Independent redistricting commission was a smart move.
