I should say I think certain things can be done to make student loan forgiveness more progressive (i.e. lowering the amount of forgiveness by income, for example). As it stands, however, blanket forgiveness tends to target those who are already making more money. (Which makes sense, since college graduates make more money than non-college graduates.)
