That's the reason I wasn't too terribly excited by the primary - and didn't do my homework until today. That, and today is the day in oer a week I've been up to thinking about much of anything.

Only 3 contested races - and all but one a foreone conclusion.

I keep seeing signs from one of my students out in my neck of the woods - and none of the proposed districts in which he would be running include my neighborhood. Gotta love the enthusiasm - but I hope I don't have to be put on the spot as to whether I support him or not. Nice hard-working kid, but too conservative for my tastes (although more on the economic than social end of conservative).
