And if anyone thinks states like Illinois, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont are just dying to let the yahoos in, I don't know what to say.

What is the definition of "considering" here? Because if it's, "random legislator introduces something" then I think we can rest easy.

We literally couldn't pass one amendment if we tried right now. Somehow we're going to upend the entire Constitution?

Fears should be grounded in the concrete.
