You are right except for one thing and that is everyone should have known about Trump wanting to bomb Mexico. It would not have mattered to most of them. FOX never would have reported on that and to the people who watch nothing but FOX, it would have been nothing but fake news. FOX is allowed to lie and covering Trump`s ass is also a major problem. It should never be allowed. I am afraid that Trump or Desantis will be the Putin authoritarian dictator here. If the Republicans take the Senate and the House and then the White House, it`s over for the Democrats to ever hold control of anything. The republicans will never give that up. Thanks for your service. A Vietnam Era Vet here.
