7. What's she's saying is a total lie and deflection.

R's want women to have sex and lots of it so they get pregnant and have babies that will not get educated, will work for pennies, have no healthcare and no protection and get sick or injured and die young. That's what repugs want - everything for rich straight white males, nothing for anyone else. They want to shame women by saying don't have sex so that sets up conflict with men where women are pressured to have sex, then scorned and abandonned when they get pregnant - because of course men had nothing to do with it.
