These bills look to me like a major attempt of the 1% to grab more for themselves or yet just another law that protects the rich at the expense of the average person. Much more than just downloading movies and music without paying for it. I am very aware that there are a lot of people in the US that buy their pharmaceutical products from offshore sites that include India, Canada, Brazil to name just a few. Most if not all of these drugs are genuinely good and effective. To a person without money or insurance it is daunting to pay a doctor (if they can) only to be given a prescription that is out of their financial means. I have personally observed the situation that was $30.00 a month from India or $300.00 per month her in the USA as a choice for a member of my personal family. I have compassion for our own people and think denying them lower cost alternatives is not going to be a decent thing to do. I do understand there is a negative side like teenagers getting drugs without a prescription but taking down the person that will have no choice at all is not good either. Well imbedded in the intent of these bills is the intention to shut down all foreign pharmaceutical websites.
