It’s a start. Frankly I’d just say no more ar15s can be made or sold effective 1/1/2023. You can keep what you have but if you try and sell it other than thru an Ffl dealer you lose the weapon and get 6months in jail. Will it stop all the crazies...probably not but it’s worth trying.

And put in the law that if the aliens invade from space or the bad commies invade everybody will get an M16....not that they will stop space aliens😬
