“it’s going to be an army” and “we’re going to have more lawyers than we’ve ever recruited…”

I don't fully understand the legitimacy of what they are talking about doing or whether or not they can recruit lawyers. I suspect lawyers are a little leery of getting involved with election interference tactics these days. And the final outcome of the Select Committee might have a significant impact on future elections.
