Bloomberg literally has thousands of critical situations to handle in New York. He and his staff are working against time. He has the right to prioritize -- and believe me, a flyover by the President is about 200,000th on the list of things NYC needs to do right now.

With great respect for the President -- but, really, this OP is just trying to stir up crap when thousands of first responders have been working non-stop for days and cannot be spared for anything that is not life-threatening.
