4. We are positive.....

but under. We are improving because we are almost out of debt and both have jobs. We are aiming for an early retirement. It is a possibility for us because we both have a teacher's pensions. It is that debt free part that is the key. We are saving a down for land, a house or both. We hope to pay cash outright for that.
