..yeah, it's frustrating.

This is the same Congress that refused to invoke inherent contempt to enforce their OWN subpoenas, well before Jan. 6 and beyond.

One branch is charged with informing, as they'll do in splendid form tonight. The other is charged with successfully prosecuting cases in court.

Meadows and Schavio are threatened with much more than contempt over documents and communications which DOJ may not even be able to get or use in court, even if contempt is charged.

They are compoundedly threatened with felonies to be proven in court from existing evidence DOJ has obtained through other sources, including from the Navarro contempt arrest which has been misdescribed by some as a mere piffle.

Stands to reason, though, that Schiff isn't the only one clueless about DOJ's investigation.
