61. My sense is they are recapping to lay a foundation

Much like a clip show episode on a TV series before the finale.

I don't think it's an accident that this coincides with the Indictments of the Proud Boys leaders and the gubernatorial candidate in Michigan. I think the goal was to remind the public of how we got here and what we've found. I suspect we are about to get more big name indictments. There is a dot (or dots) between President Trump and the Proud Boys/Oath Keepers leadership. Bannon? Stone? Lindell? Don't know, but I suspect we may be about to learn.
