Of course, yet another great read from EmptyWheel.net. It's another deep dive that goes into detail with cites all over the place. These are facts... Not guesses and not made up non-sense... Facts. I'll put in some excerpts (though we are limited) but really, go read everything. Get the feel for what DOJ is building to prove things in court. It is not something done overnight... Not in six months... Not in a year. Uncovering facts takes time so... Grab a drink, settle in and take a look:
THE JANUARY 6 MILITIA WITNESSES ARE COOPERATING WITH DOJ, PROBABLY NOT THE JANUARY 6 COMMITTEE
Liz Cheney made a comment in Thursdays public hearing that has attracted some attention. As part of her explanation that the January 6 investigation is ongoing, she said,
As we present these initial findings, keep two points in mind. First, our investigation is still ongoing. So what we make public here will not be the complete set of information we will ultimately disclose. And second, the Department of Justice is currently working with cooperating witnesses and has disclosed to date only some of the information it has identified from encrypted communications and other sources.

The schedule of upcoming January 6 hearings explains one reason why Cheney referenced the ongoing investigation when citing DOJs cooperating witnesses:
June 13: The Big Lie
June 15: Decapitate DOJ
June 16: Pressuring Pence
June 21: Pressuring the States
Hearing 6: Trump Assembles a Mob and Sics it on Congress
Hearing 7: Trump Does Nothing as Capitol Is Attacked
--snip--
KNOWN COOPERATING WITNESSES
Oath Keepers
Proud Boys
Others
Misdemeanor cooperators

That last snippet is section titles... Details are at the link. Who are they and how they are helping. It's good stuff that is full of facts and cites to fill you in on what is going on. As is often the case... It's a lot, especially when you get into the cites... But it is very much worth it.
