20. My high school girlfriend back in the 1960s was 5' 11".

I never saw her in heels. She got some for the Prom, though. Tried them out. Wore flats to the Prom. "Those shoes were terrible!" she said. Smart girl. My wife is tall, too. She says she has never worn high-heeled shoes in her life.
