It is just heartbreaking and infuriating how this vulnerable, rapist-targeted age group is not taken seriously and protected. The fact that her manager did not immediately protect her from her co-worker harasser, despite her giving him notice about the harassment, and instead required her to continue to work with her harasser, is criminal negligence.
