6. The line on Katrina was that Democrats "blamed Bush for the weather"

I'm guessing those who called Sandy "Obama's Katrina" were gleefully anticipating that Sandy would play out like Katrina, since they've convinced themselves that Bush couldn't have done anything to make the situation any better--he was just an unfortunate victim of a disaster.

Now, those same people are accusing Obama of rushing in too soon to help.
