9. It's a good illustration of the difference in how disasters are handled.

After witnessing what happened during Katrina I was thankful that Clinton was president when the Northridge quake hit CA. I'm sure the east coast appreciates that Obama is in charge now vs any republican as their whole platform revolves around gutting and privatizing programs like FEMA.
