10. Not even close. Romney is utterly irrelevent when it comes to handling real problems.

Romney's Katrina, if he ever had one, was in his choice to lie to the public about his economic plans just so he could wriggle up in the polls for a couple of weeks before it all fell apart on him.

By "his Katrina" I mean a moment when a leader's character is tested. When Romney's turn came, it turns out he lacked for any character to test.
