There is no upside for MAGA from here, no new pool of converts, and sloughing off of the infirm and battle-weary. There is downside for Democrats as incumbents tied to the economy. We can win this by holding the Presidency or one chamber of Congress at all times. I don't like our chances but it's surely not impossible.
