It is responsible for the U.S.Government military and all agencies begin to close down in an orderly way.

Republicans in Texas have “fired across the bow” warning the U.S. Government not to “mess with Texas”.

As a U.S. taxpayer I demand the U.S. Government cut funds to Republicans who spend it on secession dreams. If Republicans, want to secede, let them start paying for it NOW with their own money.
