23. Agreed. It can be down 1k this week and in a month up 10k. Because of no masks and no remote work.

With some common sense measures the increase might be 5k instead of 10. Maybe that maybe not. We don't know. What we do know is that when we have thought Covid was over in the past we have been wrong. It didn't care that it was summer, it doesn't follow seasonal patterns. It just does its thing.

But who knows.
