And what makes you think the US government can just move onto a reservation and put up facilities?



Each acre of Indian land is INDIAN LAND, sovereign from US govenrment jurisdiction in 90% of all concerns there.

IF this idea were to become a plan, it can ONLY happen with agreement of the tribal governments who hold jurisdiction over these properties.

Seriously, what you are saying is very much like saying,

"Can't the federal government (regardless of agency) build facilities in my neighbor's yard?"

Sorry, it's just so colonial mindset that I just can't even...
