whipping people into obedience isn't going to work. We don't own them. Our leaders must inspire, attract support.

Yes, low information voters blame the wrong people for what's wrong in the world (in their lives).
Some percentage of voters who feel ignored by their party WILL stay home. Not all, but enough.
We need candidates who can reach them. There is no other way.
