because, in my scenario, she must "help pass Biden's agenda."

Obviously, it's a fantasy scenario. But it shouldn't be. If she wants hold TFG accountable and bar him from being in a position in which he can have another bash at a coup, she should do everything in her power to accomplish that. Helping Dems & Biden pass popular legislation could do that.
