He'll take another turn as Governor and maybe bow out early once DiFi retires. It's in his interest for Biden/Harris play out their roles.

Will he run someday? I'd put money on it, but to become a spoiler? Not happening.

He's trying to give DeSantis heartburn. Remember, he and Abbot used to do something similar here in California, talking about high, taxes, trying to poach businesses, etc. Now he's returning the favor.
