35. I'm still pushing for Pierrepoint-style hangings

There’s a British anti-death-penalty flick called “The Last Hangman” about Albert Pierrepoint, the most prolific hangman England has ever known. The British Home Office assigned him to kill all the Nazis sentenced to death in the British Area of Responsibility, so there’s this long sequence of Timothy Spall dangling Nazis two at a time in very rapid succession. They pinioned your arms behind your back, marched you onto the gallows, pinioned your legs, hooded and noosed you, then sprung the trap. Less than a minute from “first in line” to dead, dead, dead.

The entire Trump administration should go in just that way, along with all the congressmen who begged for pardons and the top people in Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.

In my opinion, the best scene in the flick was when he got to Germany with his equipment and was informed he had over 200 clients. The look of utter shock on his face when he learned just how many people were involved in this to the extent their crimes warranted death will haunt you for the rest of your days. (They weren’t the only people he hanged for being murderous Nazis; one of the biggest names he hanged was Bruno Tesch, who ran the company that made odorless Zyklon B.)
