65. The Beak of the Finch

I started to read in in 1998. The book detailed the physical changes (adaptation) in birds' beaks on the Galagapos Islands. The book was wel written with minute attention to details about the birds, and excellent references to history and science. I wasn't in a fit state to read the whole book, but it is one I'd like to try again.
