if this is done to simply retrieve the secret documents. We will get some BS thing about the documents being "declassified" because TFG said so and other stuff.

If they can find a "transfer" of the document to some foreign entity (selling of secrets to foreign countries/treason), then I would think they would seek a harsh and real punishment for TFG.
